Reformer for Beginners
Class Description
This class is designed for those new to Pilates or the reformer machine. The class focuses on fundamental Pilates movements and techniques, and combines mindful movement with flexibility and core exercises. It will leave you feeling longer, leaner, and stronger. The beginners classes are conducted at a comfortable pace, enabling participants to grasp safe and efficient techniques that can be applied to other group classes in the future.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non refundable. All sales are final. You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class' start time to receive the class credit. Cancelling or rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be considered as attendance.
