This class is designed for people that want to sneak in a quick workout in the middle of the day, or just enjoy a fun break in the day. You will get a short but vigorous workout that will challenge your core and stabilization, tone your body, sculpt your muscles, and calm your mind! It might just be the best 30 minutes of your day!

Cancellation Policy

You may register for a class up to 30 minutes before its start time. Cancelling or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your class. Cancelling or rescheduling below the 24-hour threshold will be considered as attendance.
