Our Story

We are a boutique Pilates studio located in the heart of midtown Toronto (Davisville Village & Leaside), offering Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Jumpboard group classes, as well as private and semi-private sessions.

The studio was founded in 2022 in my own basement, with just two Pilates machines and a handwritten note taped to my front door that read: “I teach Pilates classes - come to the basement.” That was our entire marketing strategy. Some came for the workout, and others out of curiosity. We welcomed them all.  What began as a small, informal offering quickly grew into a thriving community.

Within two years, demand had outgrown the space. We relocated to a dedicated studio and invested in additional equipment. Today, we operate a fully equipped Pilates studio with six Reformer machines in our main studio space and one additional Reformer machine in a private room. Despite this growth, we have remained an intimate, independent studio with a strong belief that Pilates is for EVERYbody! We add a little spin to the traditional approach while focusing on the foundational structure of the Pilates workout: strength, length, and core.

What sets us apart is our belief in quality, connection, and accessibility. Our instructors are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and deeply committed to meeting clients where they are in their movement journey. We have a strong focus on community, and we take the time to celebrate each individual who walks through our doors.

Our studio is intentionally welcoming and inclusive, and we prioritize thoughtful modifications to ensure that individuals of all abilities, backgrounds, and experience levels feel supported and safe. This inclusive philosophy, paired with a warm, community-driven environment, has allowed us to serve and support thousands of clients over the past few years.

My team and I are excited to welcome you to our studio and be part of your wellness journey!

See you soon,
Hilla
