Reformer Flow (All Levels)

This is a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced class that is completed on the reformer machine.

The reformer class will challenge you to maintain stability, balance and breath as you move energetically from one exercise to the next while changing tempo & range of motion and sculpting lean muscles.

This full-body workout will move through uniquely designed, creative strengthening exercises and effective stretches on the reformer to challenge and tone your body while elongating your muscles. You will leave this class feeling energized and aligned.

Reformer - Hips, Core & Glutes

Step into our Pilates Reformer Hips, Abs, and Glutes class for a dynamic session aimed at sculpting and strengthening your essential muscle groups. With focused exercises targeting your hips, core, and glutes, you'll engage in precise movements and controlled resistance to promote stability, mobility, and better alignment.

 

Whether you seek to enhance core strength, tone your abs, or shape your glutes, this class offers a comprehensive workout tailored to your goals, leaving you feeling empowered and energized from the inside out.

Power-Form Flow

This class is intended for Pilates practitioners who have completed a minimum of 10 reformer classes.

 

It will elevate your expectations of strength and endurance while challenging your muscles and your mind. A total body workout, creatively utilizing the Reformer with a variety of props including toning balls, magic ring, resistance bands and more, to challenge you in unique ways each class.

Jumpboard + Reformer Flow

A higher energy, low-impact class that is perfect for cardio lovers. This interval class is creatively designed with Reformer exercises intermixed with jumping on the Junpboard (Cardio Tramp) to enable movement against spring tension, giving you an aerobic workout that is kinder to your joints.

 

A heart pumping, leg burning, core centered class. Expect to sweat and laugh through this fun & energetic class.

Reformer Strength & Stretch

Join us for a rejuvenating, gentle flow designed to lengthen, strengthen, and awaken your entire body.


This full-body class combines mindful movement with deep stretching and eccentric contraction techniques, helping you build strength while increasing flexibility.

 

Suitable for all levels, this energizing flow will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and glowing for the rest of the day.

Tower Pilates – All Levels

In this class we will explore elements of Mat Pilates and use the Tower springs to lengthen and strengthen the body, increase mobility, and tone the muscles.

 

The tower flow combines the dynamic movement of the Pilates Reformer with the versatility of the Pilates Tower, offering a comprehensive workout experience.

 

Get ready for a beautiful body-lengthening flow that will improve your stability and challenge your stamina. You will leave this class feeling amazing and a few inches taller.

Teen Pilates (ages 12-18) 

Boost strength, balance, and confidence in this energizing Pilates class designed for teens!

 

This class focuses on developing core strength, postural alignment, mobility, and flexibility - all essential for growing bodies and active lifestyles. Through fun and functional Pilates-based movement, participants will build body awareness, improve stability, and develop healthy habits that support them in sports, dance, and everyday life.

 

Perfect for all fitness levels - no prior experience needed! Parents are welcome to join!

Online Mat 📹

This is an online class that's completed on the mat and is suitable for all levels. It provides a full body workout, which also works wonders for the mind!

 

Attending this class regularly will not only tighten and tone your whole body but will also stabilize and lengthen your muscles, improve posture, and increase overall strength.

 

You will work through all planes of motion to hit the different muscle groups and achieve maximum core strength & stability.
