Pilates Teacher Training
Learn the method. Understand the body. Find your voice. Become a confident teacher.
Our Pilates Teacher Training is designed to give you more than a repertoire of exercises. You’ll build a strong foundation in movement, anatomy, programming and communication — then learn how to bring it all together in a real teaching environment.
The program is built around four progressive modules:
1. Foundations
Build a strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement fundamentals and the purpose behind the exercises.
You’ll learn how to observe movement, understand alignment, recognize common movement patterns and develop the technical foundation needed to teach with intention.
3. Program Design
Learn how to turn individual exercises into thoughtful, effective Pilates sessions.
You’ll explore sequencing, exercise selection, pacing, transitions and progression — and learn how to build a class with a clear purpose rather than simply stringing exercises together.
We’ll also focus on cueing: how to communicate clearly, efficiently and authentically while keeping clients moving, engaged and connected to their bodies.
2. Anatomy, Injuries & Special Populations
Learn to work with the body in front of you — not simply teach from a script.
Develop a practical understanding of anatomy, common injuries and physical limitations, along with ways to modify and adapt exercises for different bodies, abilities and stages of life.
4. Application
Bring everything together.
This module focuses on applying what you’ve learned through observation, practice teaching and real-world scenarios. You’ll learn how to assess the person in front of you, make decisions in the moment, modify when needed and confidently lead a complete Pilates experience.
Because becoming a great teacher doesn’t happen by memorizing exercises. It happens by learning how to see, think and teach.
