Class Description
This is an online class that's completed on the mat and is suitable for all levels. It provides a full body workout, which also works wonders for the mind! Attending this class regularly will not only tighten and tone your whole body but will also stabilize and lengthen your muscles, improve posture, and increase overall strength. You will work through all planes of motion to hit the different muscle groups and achieve maximum core strength & stability. Perfect for first-timers and beginners, as well as advanced students.

Classes are non refundable. All sales are final. You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class' start time to receive the class credit. Cancelling or rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be considered as attendance.
