A higher energy, low-impact class that is perfect for cardio lovers. This interval class is creatively designed with Reformer exercises intermixed with jumping on the Junpboard (Cardio Tramp) to enable movement against spring tension, giving you an aerobic workout that is kinder to your joints. A heart pumping, leg burning, core centered class. Expect to sweat and laugh through this fun & energetic class.

You may register for a class up to 30 minutes before its start time. Cancelling or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your class. Cancelling or rescheduling below the 24-hour threshold will be considered as attendance.
