Our private classes are all about YOU! This class offers an individualized workout that caters to your needs and goals. Expect a full-body workout that is tailored and designed just for you! You will build strength, tone your muscles, improve your posture and core strength, improve mental health, practice effective breathing, improve stability and mobility, and target weak areas while elongating your muscles. Cancellation Policy

You may register for a class up to 30 minutes before its start time. Cancelling or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your class. Cancelling or rescheduling below the 24-hour threshold will be considered as attendance.
